Project Details

Location: Piedmont, CA

We add a Powder Room at the main floor in Phase 1, and remodel the second-floor Primary Bathroom in Phase 2.

  • Levitch creates space on the main floor, which initially lacked a Bathroom, to create the new Powder Room.
  • Light from the adjacent patio doors bounces off of textured glass tiles while maintaining privacy.
  • The Primary Bathroom now feels more spacious and gracious with a large soaking tub, separate shower and vanity with two sinks.

The Primary Bathroom project earned a Merit Award from Remodeling Magazine.
