Urban Fraternity Deck

  • This large deck consisted of adding stairs and built in benches connecting an urban fraternity house at UC Berkley to the streetscape.

    This project involved redesigning and replacing a deck for a Cal fraternity house. Levitch was responsible for architecture and construction support for the new deck, which connects the house with the urban streetscape via benches and stairs. We were also the architects for remodeling and restoring two Bathrooms (not shown).
