Elmwood Craftsman Kitchen

Berkeley, CA

  • Year Built: 2014

Levitch remodels this Bay Area Craftsman Kitchen by combining traditional and modern elements, featuring folding doors opening to the patio.

This Craftsman Kitchen remodel in Berkeley’s Elmwood neighborhood is for a returning client.

    • It combines traditional and modern elements as well as custom touches such as the knife and cutting board recess adjacent to the range.

    • Dark wood cabinets, trim and salvaged oak flooring compliment light counters, backsplash and stainless steel appliances.

    • A farm sink and salvaged light fixture contrast with the folding door system that opens to the new redwood deck and trellis designed by the client’s landscape firm and built by Levitch.

    • The new Powder Room replaces a standalone toilet.
