“Maurice Levitch and the entire team at Levitch Associates are the best. I am thankful that I found them. It can be daunting to find a group to do major work on your home – a group that can design and build to the highest standards. Until I did find them I hesitated to undertake the projects I knew my home needed because I didn’t feel comfortable with others I interviewed.

Maurice is an architect and has an architect’s eye. His vision enhances the architecture of a home while remaining in harmony with the existing structure. He and his team do excellent work and are responsive. For them the job is not done until every detail is right.

Levitch Associates have done three very different projects for me down through the years and they have always done a wonderful job. Here are brief descriptions:

1) Repairing decks built on the cantilevered joists which are an integral structural part of my home – three stories up.
2) Repairing the wall(s) of my carport and a lower deck after a freak accident. They were at my house almost immediately after I told them of the accident securing and shoring up my property.
3) Overseeing the upgrading my kitchen which was pure 1957 into a 21st century kitchen.
