Project Details

Location: Berkeley, CA

Year Built: 2012

This project includes modifications to a six-unit building where our client was raised. She moved back into the complex to care for her mother.

In order to allow for comfortable living accommodations, we borrowed space from one unit. One apartment became a Studio, and the other became a three Bedroom unit.
In one of the units, we open up the Kitchen to the Family Room and remodeled it in a second phase.
In a later phase, we replaced the deck surface.
