    Award-winning phased remodel and addition include many recycled materials and other green features, and vaulted ceilings in several rooms.

    We expand the Kitchen and remodel it in phase 1, then create an addition of a Second Floor and a Basement in phase 2.

    The home is featured on the first Build it Green Home Tour in 2005, on which it earned the Best Large Home Renovation award. Green features include:
