  • Year Built: 2015

    Patio and terraced garden featuring lots of natural materials for outdoor living at a home on a sloping Bay Area lot.

    Levitch built this project designed by our client’s landscape firm. The project included:

    • A new fence and gate

    • Adding alternating planters and terraces to create outdoor living/entertaining spaces at a sloping lot

    • Plants and branches used as hand rails that soften the built-in benches and stone surfaces

    • Replacing the large sliding door that overlooks the new yard
