Modernizing a 1940’s Animal Hospital​

  • Year Built: 2016

    Levitch remodels a veterinary office and hospital, utilizing colorfully tiled walls at the front desk and exam rooms.

    • We opened up the service area, remodeled waiting and treatment areas to make them more usable and inviting.

    • We added exam room​​s and an ADA Restroom​.

    • Levitch replaced windows​​ and reconfigured skylights​.

    • We also added an HVAC system which was made more challenging due to low ceiling heights.

    • The updates also included increasing fire safety by adding 2-hour fire separation between the vet hospital and the residence above.
