Colorful Sussex St. Kitchen and Powder Room

This project consists of a Kitchen and Powder Room remodel, with a four-foot addition to the existing Kitchen.

• By opening the previously cramped Kitchen to the Living/Dining Room, we create a more open floor plan and appealing space.
• The L-shaped Kitchen features recessed and undercabinet LED lighting, white Shaker-style cabinets, and an island with an induction cooktop.
• Both the counter and island tops are manufactured quartz.
• The vibrant backsplash is comprised of multiple shades of green tile from Heath Ceramics.
• The Kitchen table in the images is made from wooden bleachers salvaged from the renovation of U.C. Berkeley Memorial Stadium.
• In the Powder Room, we incorporate clerestory windows that bring in light while maintaining privacy.
