Warehouse Remodel – R + D Interior

This project converts a warehouse into a manufacturing and design space.

• There was a conscious effort to have the designers at the production facility promote a better understanding of each phase while manufacturing high-end electronic components.
• The Conference Room looks out over the manufacturing floor and is enclosed by an angled glass wall.
• We created a new Mezzanine for offices above and below and add Restrooms and a Cafeteria.
• While retaining character by sandblasting existing brick and wood surfaces, we improve lighting with new skylights and fixtures.
• A new heating and ventilation (HVAC) system increase comfort.
