Reconnections under One Roof

The rear of this home had been remodeled previously and did not suit our client. The clients also expressed that the exterior walls were located too close to the property line. In order to be sure that our clients’ requests were being met, Levitch:

• Demolishes parts of the back half of the home while keeping the roof structure in place, replacing everything under the roof while bringing in the exterior walls.
• Additionally, we complete Kitchen/Family Room, Eating Nook, and Laundry Room remodels on the main floor.
• The second story holds a newly remodeled Bedroom with vaulted ceilings and a skylit Master Bathroom.
