Location: Oakland, CA

This home was rebuilt after the 1991 Oakland Hills fire. It was originally designed by Jarvis Architects. After the fire, the Owners were in need of a remodel. They decide to utilize this time to also create an addition. This Addition and interior remodel were designed once again by Jarvis Architects and built by Levitch Associates. The Addition includes:

  • The expansion Levitch builds to an eating area in the Kitchen allows the Owners to enjoy meals in a casual space.
  • A larger Family Room is also enjoyed by the Owners. With the new acquirement of the space, the Owners are able to watch television and do activities with their family.
  • A New Bathroom allows for better flow throughout the home. The Bathroom is complete with relaxing green hues.
  • An Expansion to a Bedroom increases the square footage of the home.
