Project Details

Location: Berkeley, CA

These two rear decks and stairway were in need of replacement. The upper deck had been extended previously and sat precariously on several posts.

Stairway

As with all of our projects, Levitch mocked up the railings on-site for the Owner to approve prior to full construction. Levitch collaborates with the Owners to produce their desired tone of wood, platform layout, and accessible stairway for their rear yard deck.
