Oakland ​Back at the Ranch Kitchen

The Kitchen remodel shown here was phase one of a two-phase project.

• We personalized the home with custom Kitchen cabinets including a pantry with pullout shelves and a desk area, all built by Levitch.
• For phase two, ​we worked quickly to create a single-story addition at the rear of home with a Bedroom and Media Room for a large family, and expand the Garage/utility area.
• We made the addition seamless with the rest of this Ranch-style home​.
• Levitch worked with local agencies to reduce fire suppression requirements for the project, which would have increased the scope and budget.
