“We used Levitch Associates to remodel our kitchen and build on a master bedroom addition. We were so pleased with the whole experience! Maurice and his team are all very nice, responsive, competent, organized people. They are a very nice family-owned business and really take pride in their work. They provided daily updates and description of the work and pictures on BuilderTrend and completed the job on schedule! They were truly a pleasure to work with and we are very happy with the quality of the work and the design. They really transformed our home, and we do not have any hesitation in recommending them. Having heard so many horror stories from friends who have done remodels, we are so happy we chose Levitch! We even miss seeing them around the house now that the work is done!”

New Bedroom Suite

  • Levitch designed a 316 SF addition at the back corner of the home to create a new Bedroom Suite with a Primary Bathroom and walk-in closet. We extended the corner of the addition to the setback to gain as much area as possible.

Kitchen

  • We also opened the Kitchen to the Dining Room and updated Kitchen finishes and fixtures in place. New Kitchen elements include eucalyptus cabinets Levitch built; new sink, counters, Fireclay Tile backsplash (featured here), and flooring.
