Kitchen Magic

A bit of magic went into this Kitchen to create what the owners desired.

• Levitch removes a wall separating the Kitchen and Laundry Room, then adds a glass door with an operable sidelight and transom to bring in more light and air.
• The stacked laundry machines are disguised within the cabinets, with cabinet doors that open then slide back into the cabinet space.
• We also removed a wall that was separating the Kitchen from the Pantry, creating a seating area at a small peninsula.
• We kept the pantry below the stairs and repurposed the old pantry door as a sliding “barn door”.
