Project Details

Location: Albany, CA

Levitch excavates a 6′-8″ high crawlspace to create a new Home Office featuring a custom desk area.

We connect the Home Office to the existing Family Room, which we improve with built-in shelving and a niche for the TV.
We also create a new Powder Room with a floating vanity.
Other improvements include upgrades to the existing stairway, new Bamboo flooring, and a new floating Nook Bench in the Kitchen.
We use salvaged Eucalyptus veneer extensively.
