We have an 840 sf house so it was essential to maximize every option available. Maurice worked with us every step of the way. We tried to address all facets of the project up front because that’s our approach. When something came up unforeseen, Maurice responded quickly. Gallery ProcessCompleted Project Project Details Location: Oakland, CAYear Built: 2016 For this project we worked with the clients to optimize space in their 840 SF home. Levitch opens up and updates the Kitchen and Dining Room within the existing areas. The appliances remain close to their original locations while we customize cabinets including a pullout pantry. Levitch adds organizational details like a pullout tool cart and display niches. The Kitchen’s nearly-neutral palette is the perfect complement to textural elements like the backsplash tile and the owner’s colorful collections. We also remodeled the adjacent Laundry/Mud Room, lined with carefully designed cabinets on both sides so this roughly 70 SF space effectively and neatly serves multiple uses.
