Project Details

Location: Albany, CA

Levitch turns what was once a neglected basement into a warm and spacious room for a teenager or guest.

We carved out space for a platform bed over the staircase.
The room incorporates an exposed portion of the foundation and natural stone, as well as a parallam beam.
The floors are beautifully polished, new Douglas Fir.
