Project Details

Location: Berkeley, CA

Our client wanted to phase their remodel.

Phase 1:

  • New foundation, roof, chimney top removal, and complete refinishing of walls, floors, and ceilings.

Phase 2 :

  • A new deck at the rear of the home allows the residents easy access to the splendid outdoors.

Phase 3:

  • Kitchen and Bathroom remodeling with the removal of structural walls to create a more open Kitchen, Nook, and Dining Area.
  • A folding door system by Nanawall creates graceful access between the Nook area and the deck.
  • Glass pocket doors separate the Nook from the formal Dining Room.
  • We reused one door from another opening and custom-made the other to match it.
