Berkeley Hills Kitchen and Accessibility Improvements

This project addresses the accessibility concerns of an aging client by creating a barrier-free and easy flow design.

• In the Bathroom we create a roll-in shower with a linear drain and grab bars.
• We also install a wall-mounted toilet and cast iron sink, both of which accommodate multiple means of mobility.
• By opening up the space between the Breakfast Room and the Kitchen with an archway, there is greater ease of moving between both rooms.
• To update the Powder Room we installed new fixtures, dark hardwood floors, and wallpaper.
