In 1960 Edward Levitch and a handful of employees forged their way through a then-radical method of architecture, which combined Designing and Building into a single process. Edward used his extensive experience and inexorable work ethic to maintain and expand a successful business for 24 years. Then in 1984 the firm incorporated and his son Maurice joined the firm.

Since then, Levitch Associates, Inc. has been steadily increasing the span of its reputation. As of now, we have built over eight hundred and fifty projects of up to 1.5 million dollars. Our body of work includes residential remodels, complex additions and new homes, as well as light commercial and industrial projects.

Both Edward and Maurice Levitch are long-standing members of the American Institute of Architects, an organization dedicated to the highest standards of professionalism, integrity and competence. Our staff has expanded to over 30 employees including associate designers, draftspersons, office personnel, highly skilled foremen, journeymen carpenters, laborers and a select group of experienced subcontractors.
