" . . . Working with you and the other members of your team was a pleasure. It was such an advantage to have Levitch Associates handle both the design and build phase. Working directly with Ed and Maurice, there were absolutely no hassles negotiating with subcontractors and other firms; you handled it all for us! We really appreciated the frequent updates and communications about our project. We thank you that the job came within the budget we planned and that there were no surprises. Lastly, we appreciate your attention to detail and perfectionism. You really stand by your work and it shows. Thank you for an excellent job."

"The entire experience, from the tear out to the upstairs to the final finishing details, leaves us remarkably satisfied and even more convinced of how right it was to work with your company. We will do more to this old house, and we will not consider working with any other company but Levitch Associates, Inc.
We are so thankful to all of your staff in the office and on the job-site who are consummate skilled professionals, consistently considerate and patient, neat, clean and careful. It's obvious why Levitch Associates, Inc. has been in business for over forty years! Thank you for everything. Please count on us for referrals and references."

"We are writing this letter to thank you for the incredible job you and your firm did on our home remodel this past winter. We absolutely love our new home. We offer the highest recommendation to any prospective customers of both your architectural and building services.
Both Chris and I have only the highest praise to give Maurice and the many workmen and subcontractors involved in this large project. Despite the great potential for disruption to our daily life (we had workers in our home nearly every day for four months), we did not have one problem with the process or the work performed. Every person working for the Levitch team was highly professional, and clearly cared greatly about the finished work product. We actually enjoyed the opportunity to interact with Maurice and the workers on a daily basis, to view the progress made and discuss architectural options. There were no surprises or delays. Everything was finished to our pleasing, according to schedule and the original contract price."

"An amazing thing has happened over the past few months: your organization as restored my faith that there are still businesses run by people who have talent, integrity and business acumen. Having worked with a number of other contractors over the years, I know all too well this combination is nearly impossible to find.
I have never felt compelled to write a letter this laudatory to anyone I have done business with. In fact, most often the letters following similar undertakings have been notes of dissatisfaction. You have earned our trust, our thanks and our friendship for the manner in which you have partnered with us."

"I am writing to express my sincere appreciation of the work you did to build a second story addition to my house. The work was major, including installation of a steel moment frame that rises vertically 3 stories, from the basement to the roof.... Everyone visiting my home since the work have been extremely complimentary... the new spaces are light filled and integrated creatively to make my home both function practically and feel very welcoming and comfortable.
I wish to state emphatically that all the work is of top quality . . . with Maurice Levitch as the principal architect and master contractor. As just an example of his care and thoughtfulness, I wish to give the following example. While most years the month of May is rain free in the Bay Area, this spring was an exception. One night at about 2 a.m. there was a large downpour. As the new roof was not complete, I noticed some rain coming in through the temporary tarps. I know it was the middle of the night, but felt comfortable enough to call Maurice at his home to ask him to come and help me with the tarps. As it turns out, Maurice was not at home; instead, I heard his truck pull up outside my house. He was already on his way before I could even call him."
