Project Details

Location: Alameda, CA

This project includes the construction of a new attic Bathroom in the existing space and the addition of a dormer window.

Features include a custom, partially recessed storage cabinet with glass doors, a cast-iron industrial-style sink with double faucets, and white tile wainscoting.
Towel hooks below the storage cabinet hark back to an earlier time while the large-format black floor tiles and streamlined light fixture add a modern twist.
